I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.
Dear Upper Pittsgrove Township,
My OPRA request has not been fulfilled. Please respond with the requested records under New Jersey Law. There are many zoning violations occurring in this neighborhood and the Township should not be turning a blind eye.
Please help. Please send the zoning officer and township engineer.
Please be advised that the request went to an old email address, in its
junk. Therefore, I did not receive this immediately. I have attached the
Section 12.6 of the Land Use Development Ordinance entitled Keeping of
Animals.
Attached are the zoning permits issued for the specific properties cited.
For some reason there is a discrepancy for Lot 19.07 and the address. As
I scanned them, I did not see any permits issued for livestock. Abandoned
cars are not permitted in Upper Pittsgrove. There is no Ordinance that I
have located that prohibits unregistered vehicles. That is another reason
this was taking so long.
Please be advised that the Zoning Official does not ride around looking
for Township violations. I have attached a complaint form. Once the form
is submitted the Township can direct the Zoning Official out to
investigate the complaint.
