Dear Hopewell Township (Mercer),

Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

Tax Assessor`s Records
-Current and past property tax assessments
-Description of the property, including number of rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, finished basement or attic, and square footage
-Any tax exemptions or abatements Health and Environmental Records
-Records of any underground oil tanks (existing or removed)
-Any known environmental concerns, contamination reports, or remediation efforts
-Records of septic systems, well testing (if applicable), or public utility connections

Fire Department Records
-Records of any inspections, fire code violations, or fire incident responses at the property

Code Enforcement Records
-Any code complaints or enforcement actions taken against the property

Dear Mr. Lopez,

 

As per your OPRA request dated June 16, 2025, attached you will find the
current and historical property record cards (assessments), as well as the
historical deeds on file in the Assessor’s Office for Block 93 Lot 18.10 –
18 Todd Ridge Road.  The description of the property, including number of
rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, finished basement or attic and square footage
can be found on the current property record card.  The current owner
information is also included on the current property record card.  The
historical deeds identify transfers between former owners of the
aforementioned property. There are no tax exemptions or abatements on file
in our office for the subject property.
