specific record you seek, but instead have requested the facts you seek. 
There is no such record at "Red tag properties:" 
Your request for "any properties with code violations within the last
three years in excel format" implies that you are seeking a list of
properties with code violation, but you have not identified the type of
violations you seek.  Please clarify your request to identify the type of
violations you seek a list of, whether they are for UCC violations, or
Property Maintenance Violations or other types of violations.

This comes in response to your OPRA Request for:

Your OPRA Request dated 6/7/22 was received on 6/7/22. I am forwarding the
request to the individual and department I believe may have documents
responsive to your request. Due to the large quantity of requests
received, an additional time of approximately 21 business days after
receipt of your request is needed to respond to your request, and would
anticipate providing a formal response on or before 7/8/22.

Dear Patrick Trainor,

The Fire Department has advised that they do not have any of the
requested information, and are not sure what specific public record is
being requested they do not make, maintain or keep a list of "properties
with a risk of house fires."
The Township does not make, maintain or keep a list of properties with a
high grass violation., preforeclosures, lack of GFCI's or hazardous
windows.  
 Under OPRA the Custodian of Records is not required to create a document
in response to a request. 
 However, as a courtesy, please find attached the 25 notices of
foreclosures received since June 7 of 2019, for the last 3 years. 
 
There are no other records responsive to your request.
