EnviroSure is conducting a Phase I ESA at 330 Carter Road (Block 40; Lot 14.03). In that regard, we are requesting a search of all files pertaining to the property. Especially, underground storage tanks, environmental concerns, building permits and ownership records.

Good morning,
In your OPRA request of 8/2/22, records were requested for “330 Carter
Road – Block 40, Lot 14.03”.
Please be advised of the following per our Tax Assessor:
“Before tax year 2004, the currently addressed 350 Carter Rd., 330 Carter
Rd., and 328 Carter Rd., were jointly identified as Block 40/ Lot 14.
From tax year 2004 through tax year 2015, 330 Carter Rd. was identified as
Block 40/14/c03.
Tax year’s 2015-2017, 330 Carter Rd. was identified as Block 40/14.02/c02.
Tax year 2018 to the present, 330 Carter Rd. has been identified
40/14.03/c02.”
Due to the extensive site history, our files have NJDEP documents which
overlap numerous files and reference various street address and block/lot
parcels.

Dear Ms. Daberkoe,
I am writing in response to your OPRA request dated August 2, 2022
regarding Block 40 Lot 14.03 (330 Carter Road). Please clarify if you are
looking for ownership records for both condo properties with a property
location of 330 Carter Road or just one of them. Further, there are
common elements shared by 328, 330 & 350 Carter Road – do you need the
ownership records for 328 & 350 Carter Road as well? Last, are you
looking for both current and historical ownership cards?
