This is a very easy request to fill. You provided me with the copies of the emails, but they lack they sender and receiver as well as the date and the subject. I could ask that you provide it for all of the emails you recently sent, but I am not, I am just asking for the one. If you refuse to provide it I will forced to take redress with the courts.

As I told you last week, I no longer have the emails as per the State of
New Jersey Municipal Agencies General Records Retention Schedule,
But since then I’ve been working with our IT people to see if we could
recover the email that contained your OPRA response from me.

out , that Maple Shade has posted a historical marker . Your town has
just validated a story nationally that Maple Shade discriminated against
MLK that made him go into civil rights . After vetting the facts , not the
narrative there is proving evidence that . Martin Luther King did visit
that Cafe , but the facts have never been authenticated after that . .
Maple Shade was thrusted into the spotlight , and presented with a no win
situation . You posted a historical marker with wording that is incorrect
. In the 1961 article that Mr. Hunt gave his account . The 4 were taken to
the police station ' When the 4 entered the Cafe regardless of what
transpired , the Cafe bartender gives his account . A statement from his
attorney validates his clients statement also . There is know statement
from King anywhere with his signature . Its Historic and should have a
marker ....MAPLE SHADE NEVER HAD ALL THE FACTS , NOW WE KNOW THE MAPLE
SHADE INCIDENT . MLK AND FRIENDS WERE TAKEN TO THE POLICE STATION . WHERE
A FRIEND THAT WAS ALSO IN THE CIVIL RIGHTS MOVEMENT . WAS DISPATCHED TO
SPRING MLK FROM THE JAIL . WHEN RELEASED MLK TURNED AROUND AND PRESSED
CHARGES ON THE BARTENDER . THAT ANSWERS THE DELAY IN THE MISSING TIME .
WITH THE 2 STATEMENTS AND THE RECORDING OF THE ONLY LIVING WITNESS . TO
THE STATEMENT BACK IN 1950. THE BARTENDER NEVER TOSSED OUT KING BECAUSE HE
WAS AFRICAN AMERICAN . WE CALL INTO QUESTION THE WORDING ON THE MAPLE
SHADE MARKER .
MAPLE SHADE IS GOING TO BE TURNED INTO A ZOO VERY SHORTLY , CALLING YOUR
TOWN AND THE BARTENDER A RACIST . A parade is being planned , and you have
opened pandora's box . Not to mention the world is being told to descend
on Maple Shade to celebrate this event . We now know the circumstance
didn't exactly happen that way .
WE ASK THAT OUT OF RESPECT FOR ALL INVOLVED , MAPLE SHADE OWES IT TO
HISTORY TO GET THIS RIGHT . COVER OR REMOVE THE WORDING UNTIL . THE TOWN
NOW DO A PROPER DISCOVERY PERIOD OF WHATS FACT ARE ... Enclosed is the
only known recording of eye witness account . Duffy used half the tape to
convinced Camden and Politicians to jump on board . You now have the
statement I gave you from the bartender , and the Attorney ..You told me I
was 3 years to late ...Sad to know your small town is again going to be
exploited ....

power .To free up the 7.5 million dollars . The tape had been outed
Washington has abandoned Camden and now focused on Maple Shade and the
city's validation ..
