Hi Mr. Duff,

The final agreement Jack had with the State was for the township to prepare
a plaque and send it to the state and they would install it on the site. At
this point I have asked Reva Foster head of NJ Black Issues Caucus to write
up some wording for the plague. If you would like to share some ideas about
what the plaque should say they would be great.
