This is an HTML version of an attachment to the Open Public Records Act request 'All emails to and from Joe Andl from 2016 through 2018.'.

He did call and email yesterday. I have not called him back because Council did not like the wording he prepared for the plaque and I have been promised by the NAACP that they are sending wording by end of today. I also know he has been calling the NAACP and trying to get them to use his wording. He would like the plaque by MLK's Birthday this month and that just is not going to happen. We still have to submit the language to the state for approval.

I will make sure to get back to him today.
