We received a quote for an Historical Marker for over $2800. The Council only budgeted $1000. We are working on some other funding sources but any purchase over $2500 requires three quotes by law so we are in the process of gathering additional quotes. I will let you know when the marker is complete.

I have attempted to contact you several times to get an update on the project to memorialize the first civil rights event of Dr. King but I have yet to hear back from you. Can you please give me an update as to the status and some sort of timeline? I helped Jack with many things that he needed, let me know if I can do the same for you?
