Hi Mr. Duff,

I have been waiting for a response from our Auditors to make sure we are
allowed to accept your funds for the historical marker.

I think the best way would be if the Township orders the marker and then you
write a check directly to the vendor.

If you would just confirm that you have raised the $1800. I will go ahead
and order the marker.
