Mr. Duff contacted Congressman Norcross’ office and they wanted to add wording to the plaque saying that MLK lived in Camden during this time. Mary Cruz at the office ask for the wording that we prepared and told me not to do anything until I heard back from them. She was going to look for funding and wanted to make it a PR event for the Congressman. I have not heard anything since. I removed it from old business because I was under the impression that the Congressman took over the project. I will call Mary today and get an update.
