Sativa wellness business in Evesham

Sorry to bother you on a weekend, I need to get some public record and hoping you can help. I don’t like paperwork and try to save trees, but my cousin said I can just email you. Or if I don’t know that he said I can use this website because the state Oprah doesn’t make him have to use any official forms. He said she told him that’s okay, so I hope that’s cool. I was at Wawa Thursday getting my pork roll Sizzli (😛 fav) and heard someone saying the town just approved a new cannabis store called Sativa? I thought I heard they were already coming to town and wanted to get any docs you have on that.
I’m not really good with all this stuff, but my cousin (just back from law school, he’s taking the bar!) said Oprah at the state is pretty easy going you just gotta be straight up with what you need and from who and when. I’m like sure bro I’m no Atticus Finch, can you help me? So he did me solid before we went to chickie and Pete’s, looked up your webpage and then wrote out what I told him I’m looking for. Don’t need anything before October 1, 2021, but anything you got from then until today I’ll take.
1- A copy of all submissions received from anyone who works for, represents or contacted the Township in support of Sativa Wellness, LLC related to the Township Manager or Township Council’s consideration of the approval passed by Council around March 2022.
2. A copy of all submissions received from anyone who works for, represents or otherwise contacted the Township in support of Sativa Wellness, LLC related to the Township Manager or Township Council’s consideration of the approval passed by Council around June 2023.
3 A copy of any communications received by the Township regarding Sativa seeking a Class 5 Cannabis Retailer license that refer to or attach any application materials, forms or other documents describing Sativa Wellness’ corporate structure, operating history, business references, operating plans, or that identify any officers, shareholders, investors, partners and/or members affiliated with the company who have any financial interest in the proposed business.
4- An index or list identifying all electronic mail received or sent by any Township officials, whether elected, employed or appointed, during the time period above that concern Sativa’s seeking to obtain a Class 5 Cannabis Retailer license or setting up its retail cannabis business in Evesham Township. I request the index include the following fields: sender, recipient, CC, BCC, date and time of sending/receipt, and subject line, and identification of the file names of any attachments to such emails, although I am not requesting the production of the attachments under this request. I request the index be provide in excel spreadsheet format.

Oh, also remember I like to keep it green and save trees! I don’t want any paper and was told you can send me electronics if I ask, so yes please! For all of the above. He also said number 4 above could be long, but you can do that one in a spreadsheet. He said that would help, so for #4 I’d like it in Excel. Last thing he said before we left was make sure I asked for access to Oprah and common law, so I am.
