I am requesting open/closed permits and/or violations from January 2000 to present, as well as the Property Card. Also, I would like to know information regarding the presence of an underground oil tank and/or septic tank, if applicable, including permits, remediation reports, environmental reports, and surveys showing underground oil tank and/or septic tank location.

Hi Adriana,
I am writing to you today regarding a maintenance issue at 18 Hanover Drive. I know you submitted an OPRA request regarding this property and I was hoping you could put me in contact with the appropriate party who handles the property maintenance.
We’ve received several complaint that the property lawn has not been cut which is a violation of Municipal Ordinance #176-22.
