Kelli Danieli has commented the following on 09/17/2020 in regards to
your OPRA Request:
In regards to your OPRA request, the custodian of records has been
corresponding with the Construction Office in regards to these two
properties. We are still working on this request but please keep in mind
the following in regards to records/documents from 1960 and 1990 to
present. In regards to 1 S New York Road, this was a vacant property
before the CVS building was built. We did not have a building department
until 1977. In regards to 1 N New York Road, this is for the Historic
Towne of Smithville, which involves several businesses and properties. In
2002 the Construction office had computers installed but not all data
transferred over. Also, in the 1970`s the Township had a fire in which
many documents were damaged due to fire and also water damage. With this
being said, some documents will not exists. We will do our best to
provide you what we have on file for these properties.

Thank you for the update. I have a few more properties I will be asking about in a future OPRA request, so for that request, I will change the wording to "all records on file" as opposed to a specific date range, so please send whatever is available on file.
