Dear Ms. Larney,

These were various permits for properties requested over the past year that were never sent. The data is from the 1970's and 1980's property record cards provided. I'm not sure how the permits are stored in the building department files (stored by property or stored by #/date). Since these permits were not included in my property records requests, I figured the permits were not stored by property, but by #/date order, so I thought they could be found that way.

In any event, I have re-checked the property record cards just now and these are the permit #s written on the property record cards, but these permits were never sent with the original property requests over the course of the past year:

A lot of these properties do seem to have address changes/multiple addresses listed on the 1970s PRCs and 1980's PRCs, so maybe that is the reason a lot of them can't be found.
