HVAC Information
Dear Gloucester Township Board of Education,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Front and back of any purchase orders for HVAC filters from March 2020 to present
Maintenance logs for the HVAC systems in each school from January 2019 to present
Most recent HVAC System Commissioning Report
Report detailing the most recent date that the dampers were calibrated
Certification by engineer/HVAC tech(s) that all dampers open and operate properly in all buildings as of August 2020
Certification by engineer/HVAC tech(s) that the HVAC system can allow for at least 15% of air to be exchanged from outside
Engineer and/or HVAC tech(s) certification
Front and back of any purchase orders for HVAC repair service from January 2019 to present
