Unified Planning and Zoning Board Resolution and Meeting Minutes
Dear Englishtown Borough,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1) For FY2020, FY2021, FY2022, and FY2023, all approved Englishtown Borough Unified Zoning and Planning Board Meeting Minutes, including any executive session minutes (those approved for the general public to view). All FY shall includes all minutes monthly January 1st through December 31st , inclusive. For FY23, I am requesting minutes through today, March 20, 2023.
2) Any resolution in FY2020, FY2021, FY2022, and FY2023 appointing the members to terms for each year and the corresponding vote.

Attached please find the Planning/Zoning Board minutes for 2020, 2021 and
2022. In 2023 there has only been a reorganization meeting , and those
minutes have not been approved yet.

Thank you for your prompt reply information. What I am looking for is the resolutions from the Borough Council appointing new members at the reorganizational meeting in January as well as anytime someone was added during the year due to a resignation.

There has only been 2 new members in the last 3 years. Chris DiBeneditto
was sworn in on 8/9/22 he was filling Keith Mandato unexpired term. Keith
Mandato past away. He was reappointed and sworn in on March 28,2023. Kim
Sabin was sworn in on January 22, 2023.
