Hello:
Planning Dept. response:
• The Planning Dept has older construction permit records noted on index
cards no longer used by the Building Dept. A copy is attached
(1958-2006). We have nothing further on that, and any newer
information on permits comes from the Building Dept.
• The Planning Dept is only involved of violations of the Zoning
ordinance, and none of such are on record for the subject property.
• The property was the subject of variance application to the Zoning
Board in 2007. See the attached Resolution. From that application
file, see the attached application form, survey map, and plans.
