Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

Good morning Mr. Tippett,
Your below request was not included in your original OPRA request received on November 25th, and all documents related to your original request were sent by December 3rd. Your amended request seeks “The approved construction plans / building plans for this home (22 Hunters Ridge Drive) that the developer provided when the home was initially built. 5) Any other building plans or construction plans for the home that were subsequently approved after the home was built?” for 22 Hunters Ridge Drive. Per the attached OPRA bulletin, building plans are exempt from disclosure for privacy and security unless a valid reason is provided. Are you the owner or were you or your company hired by the property owner to perform work at 22 Hunters Ridge Drive?

Hi Jessalyn,
I am currently under contract to purchase this property. If you are not willing to disclose those records, then I will file another request if/when the purchase goes through.
Separately, I do not think I received a response for item #2 on my request. Please confirm if there are any easements tied to this address, and if so, please provide me with the details/agreements that outline the terms and conditions of these easements, which the township should have on file.

Good afternoon Mr. Tippett,
I have forwarded your request to the Municipal Construction Official, who is the records custodian of building plans, to see if he will grant your request as you have stated you are under contract to purchase the property. There is a drainage easement located on Block 50 Lot 44.08 (please see the attached tax map) and I have reached out to our Public Works Assistant Director to see if he has further records regarding the easement.
