Dear New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection,
Under OPRA and the common law right of access, please provide copies of:
1) Documents sufficient to show the dates of all Keasbey Brownfield Development Area (BDA) Steering Committee meetings,
2) meeting agendas, packets, and minutes for each Keasbey BDA Steering Committee meeting
3) all notifications or other correspondence to or from the Township of Woodbridge re: the Keasbey BDA
4) all semi-annual progress reports for the Keasbey BDA
5) Documentation of any extension(s) to the March 2010 Keasbey BDA Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)
