This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1. Copies of the Personnel/Human Resources sections, and any relevant attachments, of the Brick Board of Education agendas for all meetings held between January 2009-July 2010.
2. From the September 23, 2010 agenda that is posted online, this PDF attachment does not work on the website, so please send these page(s): "To approve employment to Schedule "C" & "D", as attached."

Hi Ms. Carey,
Two issues with this batch of agendas:
1. The 6/25/09 agenda file seems to be too big to download off of OPRA Machine. I've tried a few times, and each time I try, it seems to cause the entire website to stop working for a few minutes. Could you please split this file up into a few different files, or post it on the Google drive like you did with the 2010 agendas.
2. For the 2010 agendas, these were the only agendas on the download link: 1/28/10, 3/4/10, 3/18/10, 5/6/10, 5/27/10-2, 7/1/10, 7/29/10 and 9/23/10. Were there no agendas for the months of February 2010, April 2010 or June 2010? Also, the 5/27/10 agenda is listed as "2", perhaps meaning part 2. Was there a part 1 for this agenda?

Dear Resident: For item #1, I have included a link below. Please let me
know if you are able to access.
For item #2, there were other meetings but no HR items. They were Budget
related meetings. The 2 on the 5/27 meeting is just how our copier saved
it.

Hi Ms. Carey,
I was able to download the June 25, 2009 agenda, so thanks for sending that. Could you please re-check the May 27, 2010 agenda. Not only is it labeled as "part 2", but there is not any of the usual information in it (it's just 10 pages without any item #s and is only the salaries of the non-teaching staff. It seems to be just one of the attachments). Since there are no June 2010 agendas, there must be more to the May 27, 2010 agenda which has all of the salaries of the teaching staff, administrators, etc... All I have at the moment from May 27, 2010 is pages 408-420. So perhaps the missing information is somewhere on pages 1-407.

Hi Ms. Carey,
No problem. Thanks for re-sending it. I submitted the 1977 and 1978 agenda requests over the last few weeks. Since these earlier agendas aren't as neatly denoted/separated into personnel sections, I have requested the entire agendas this time, so I hope that makes it easier. The only pages you should have to remove are any "closed session" pages.

I noticed some pages were missing from the April and May 2009 agendas. Perhaps there was a foul-up in the copier. Please send these missing pages:
1. 4/2/09 agenda: Pgs. 248-249, (Also, pgs. 251-onward if HR items continue).
2. 5/28/09 agenda: Pgs. 220, 222, 224, 226, 228, 230, 232, 234, 236, 238, 240, 242.
