I just finished checking the 1972 agendas, and one seems not to have been sent. The last 20 pages (pages 281-300) from around November 1972. There are some missing retirements and hires from that time frame, so that one attachment must not have been sent.

You may already have it saved as an attachment, but it was not included in the 1972 package that you sent.

Hi Ms. Carey,

Thank you for the updates. I totally understand if you need additional time due to the busy budget season!

As for this batch, the copy machine looks to have messed up copying these 5 pages, so please re-send them: from June 1979 (Pgs. 152-153-154) and from October 1979 (Pgs. 276-277).

Also, I have two questions about the missing 1950's agendas:

1. When you sent the January 4, 1960 agenda, it starts with stamped page 257. Does that agenda book not include the earlier pages 1-256, which would be from 1959?

2. I noticed at some point in the 1960's or 1970's agendas that a "microfilm operator" was hired by the district to microfilm important documents. Is there a chance that the 1950's agendas were placed on microfilm and then the actual paper agendas were discarded, but the 1950's agendas might be on microfilm somewhere in your archive?

OPRA Machine (which I use for my OPRA requests) only lets me make my original request to the main OPRA address on file, which is Mr. Edwards. There is no option for me to add additional email addresses or copies on my original requests. The only way I can contact you is after you have contacted me, so that's why I end up sending my questions/etc... that way. But to make sure you get my original requests to Mr. Edwards, I will send you a copy in the future like I did yesterday. I just can't do it the easy way like a normal email would (sending it both to Mr. Edwards and you at the same time). Hope that makes sense!

Hi Ms. Carey,

I just noticed the staff list sent of former employees is incomplete. I had requested a list of all employees with exit dates of January 1, 2020-Present. However, checking the list now, there are no exit dates listed after 6/30/21. As an example, Peter Panuska, who had an exit date of 4/1/2022, is not on the list.

To complete my original request, please send the full name, title/position, hire date, termination date and reason for termination for all salaried and hourly employees with termination dates between July 1, 2021-Present.

Confirming receipt of the 1977-1979 and 1988 agendas. In regards to "pgs. 297-300", it would be the November 14, 1979 meeting. I have pages 295 and 296 and then it skips to page 1. Could you confirm that is how it is in the agenda book. So pgs. 297, 298, 299 and 300 just do not exist?
