Kindly provide information pertaining to the property located at 20 Fountayne Lane , Block 8001 Lot 1. Please include all open and closed and pending application(s) for any plumbing, electrical, or structural work and any special zoning applications. Please provide copies of permits for any installation of an inground pool, and its equipment, including copies of the removal of any inground pool equipment such as pool water heater. Please provide copies of permits pertaining to any well and septic installation, repair or removal. Please advise if the property is subject to any additional tax assessments or special assessments current or future or proposed. Kindly advise if there have been any applications to have any underground storage tanks installed or removed on the property.
