Dear Clark Township,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

government record shall not include the following information which is
deemed to be confidential for the purposes of P.L.1963, c. 73 (C.47:1A-1
et seq.) as amended and supplemented: that portion of any document which
discloses the social security number, credit card number, unlisted
telephone number or driver license number of any person…”

Dear Nicole Castellucci,
I have two small follow-up items, all clarifications of the same
request rather than a new one:
1. Zoning Board — December 10, 2019 minutes. The 2019 zoning packet
included the minutes of December 10, 2018 (which had already been provided)
rather than December 10, *2019*. The 2019 meeting did take place: the
January 27, 2020 minutes approve "the minutes of the December 10, 2019 public
meeting" and adopt Resolutions 3-R-20 (Gackstatter, 57 Kathryn Street,
Calendar #5-19) and 4-R-20 (Kotula, 47 Hillcrest Drive, Calendar #4-19)
memorializing approvals granted at that meeting. Could the December 10, 2019
minutes be sent?
2. Planning Board — December 1, 2022 minutes. The response email's
attachment list includes "Minutes 12.1.22.docx," but that file did not reach
me. Could it be re-sent? (The email also included the March 2, 2023 minutes,
which I had not requested — no need to do anything about that; I note it only
in case it was intended as a substitute for my March 3, 2022 request. On that
one, no further action is needed: the March 2022 meeting was evidently
rescheduled to March 15, whose minutes are posted.)
