All emails, txt messages, mobile messages, meeting notes, and Outlook calendar entries regarding water quality from 1/1/2019-6/4/2019 to include Mayor, Council, DPW Employees, Business Administrator, and DPW Director
All emails, txt messages, mobile messages, meeting notes, and outlook calendar entries regarding the issue of discolored water from 5/15/2019-6/4/2019 to include Mayor, Council, DPW Employees, Business Administrator, and DPW Director

Please note, this is a partial response. Due to the fact that our
Administrator was on vacation during the time of this request, he was
unable to review his files for the requested records. We are asking for a
seven business day extension to 6/27/2019 to allow for the review for
additional records.

responsive to your request. If you are aware of a specific document that
you believe has been omitted, please clearly identify that record by name,
