Senior/Community Center Update
Dear Lindenwold Borough,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: All records detailing or containing information regarding the Senior/Community Center located at 2119 White Horse Pike, Lindenwold, NJ 08021.
Including but not limited to the following:
Ordinances, resolutions, regulations and procedures, including usage fees if any, regarding the Center.
Any and all plans pertaining to the past, present and future use of the Center.
All records detailing allowable usage and/or restrictions for the Center, including but not limited to charters, grants, mission statements, plans, etc.
All communications referencing or mentioning the Center, including but not limited to, written, faxed and emailed messages for the last 3 months.
Copies of all facility use requests/applications for the previous 3 years, detailing the status of these items.
Copies of all facility usage reports for the previous 3 years, detailing all person(s) and/or group(s) which have used the Center.
Copies of deed(s), lease(s), grants and/or sales agreement(s) regarding the acquisition and rehabilitation of the Center and proposed use(s) and any restriction(s).
All financial records including but not limited to funding sources, audits, budgets, vendor invoices and bills for the last 3 years.
Repair and maintenance records for the last 3 years.
