Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (N.J.S.A. 47:1A‑1 et seq.), I hereby request copies of any and all records in the possession of the Borough of Avon‑by‑the‑Sea relating to the residential property located at 24 Poole Avenue, Avon‑by‑the‑Sea, NJ 07717 (Block 43.02, Lot 4).
Specifically, I am requesting:
Architectural plans, floor plans, and construction drawings submitted to the Borough in connection with the original construction and/or any subsequent additions or major renovations to the property;
Any building permit applications, construction permits, or certificates of occupancy that include or reference interior layouts or room dimensions;
Any plan revisions or approved as‑built drawings associated with the above.
This request includes records maintained by the Building Department, Construction & Zoning Department, Code Enforcement, or Planning Board, whether stored digitally or in paper form.
If any portion of the requested records is exempt from disclosure, please redact only the exempt portions and provide the remainder, as required by OPRA.
I request that the records be provided in electronic (PDF) format, if available. If the records are only available in hard copy, please advise of any applicable duplication costs prior to processing.

Thanks for the files. We are specifically looking for square footage of the rooms which I didn't see in the files. This is for estimates to redo the hardwood flooring before the owner provides us access in April.
