Yes, I received 5 attachments. However, the official audio recording has already been released to a member of the public and it references discovery documents submitted in late July 2023, which include a second certification made by Chari Chanley, official Rowan transcripts, and more emails from Rowan officials that are missing from the five pdf files you released. Therefore, I do not believe the COMPLETE discovery has been made public in response to my October 5, 2023 OPRA request. Please let me know when you will release them.

You stated I would get a response today, Monday October 30, 2023 but I did not get one by end of business day today. Will I get a response tomorrow? By listening to the recording, it's clear that there must have been additional discovery released, likely in late July, that would include a second certification by Chari Chanley, official transcripts, and additional emails from Rowan University. I would like complete discovery produced by attorney Michael Pattanite on behalf of Respondents.

Dear OAL Opra [OAL],
Please see pages 2 and 5 of the EDU 04076 2022 Petitioners Redacted Part2 file that was released today on October 31, 2023. Page 2 appears to be only the first page of Chari Chanley's second certification and page 5 is the only last page of a multi-page letter written by Dr. James Coaxum to Chari Chanley. Please release the full second certification and the full email between James Coaxum and Chari Chanley.
