Message Correspondences
Dear Mansfield Township (Warren),
Please accept this email as my official request for public records pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A, the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (OPRA) and the common law right of access.
Records requested - For the period from April 1, 2020 to the present date:
(1) True copies of all correspondences between William N. Sosis and any agent or affiliate of the Township of Mansfield, and/or the Township of Mansfield, including but not limited to the Clerk, Mayor, Township of Mansfield Committee members, Planning Board members, Zoning Board members, and/or any employee of the Township of Mansfield.
(2) True copies of all correspondences EXCHANGED BETWEEN any agent or affiliate of the Township of Mansfield, and/or the Township of Mansfield, including but not limited to the Clerk, Mayor, Township of Mansfield Committee members, Planning Board members, Zoning Board members, and/or any employee of the Township of Mansfield that contain the name "William Sosis" (or any misspellings thereof) but EXCLUDE "William Sosis" as a sender or recipient of said correspondences.
Please provide all responses via electronic files.

The responsive records you've provided only comport with Item #1 of my request. Responsive records for Item #2 (see below) have not been provided (and I already know that such records exist.) Please provide the records.
