Dear Brick Township School District,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Copies of the Personnel/Human Resources sections, and any relevant attachments, of the Brick Board of Education agendas for meetings held in April 1983, May 1983, June 1983, July 1983, August 1983, April 1985 and April 1990.
This is my last request in 2020, so if you can finish this up before the holiday break begins, that would be great. Thanks for all your help this year!

Thank you for your time and assistance. One question: The August 1983 (part 1) attachment cuts off halfway through the first page. Is there supposed to be more to that attachment?

As I was going through some of the agendas from 1983, I noticed a page that mentioned there being an August 31, 1983 meeting. When you sent August 1983 awhile back, you had only sent the August 10, 1983 meeting. Could you check and see if the 8/31/83 meeting is available, and please send the Personnel section from it.

As discussed in the previous email, in regards to 1983, there must be another Personnel section or two still not sent (perhaps a Pre-Agenda has something), since a lot of 9/1/83 hires are still missing. I have compiled a list of the stamped pages I do not have yet for this time frame. Please check the following stamped pages and send any that have the Personnel section involved:

April 83 HR doesn't start until page 148, from 163 to 184 there are no HR
items at all.
202-224 - there is one two pages which I have attached with regard to HR.
231-242 - there is only one page which I have attached 241.
249-299 - there were no hr items at all.
August 83 to Sept 83
13-16 - no hr items
22-33 - no hr items
I am worried that you have the wrong months or year, it seems odd that so
many of what you are looking at is not HR.

Thank you for the additional pages. The page #s I am sending you are for the entirety of the agendas, so my best guess is that a majority of these pages will NOT be HR items. I am just sending you a list of all the POSSIBLE agenda pages that missed HR items might be on. Of course, most of these pages will probably be for the other sections (Auxiliary, etc...), but you just found 3 new pages to send overall.
I will get one ready for the remainder of 1982-early 1983 to check, and send that later.

I submitted a request tonight for the 1999 agendas, so you should be receiving that soon from Mr. Edwards. That will finish up all of the 1980's and 1990's agendas. When you located the 1980-1981 agendas, did you also find them with some years from the 1970's? Just wondering if I should get 1978 next or continue on with 2000.
