I am requesting copies of records the municipality possesses relating to 5 Ironia Rd Flanders, NJ (Chester Township) Block 51.01, Lot 5, especially those records maintained by the specific departments listed below by example but not limited to the records maintained by the:
1. Construction Code Enforcement: documents required to be kept by N.J.A.C. 5:23 Uniform Construction Code including all closed and open permits, inspections, approvals, and violations. In order to make sure the requested documents are provided PLEASE CC this letter to Code Enforcement.
2. Fire department: List of responses to the subject property.
3. Tax office: Current property tax record information indicating the date the assessment was last updated, records of open and recently closed construction permits, number of rooms, bedrooms, and bathrooms as well as lot size.
4. Health department: Records of water wells, and on-site sanitary disposal systems (including septic tank) indicating the number of bedrooms the systems are designed for if they are still in use.
5. Copies of of any documents pertaining to an above or under ground oil tank.
6. A copy of the Property Record Card.
7. Copies of any documents pertaining to the septic system.

Chester Township Custodian of Records on June 25, 2020. This response is
being provided on the 4th business day following receipt of your request.

Township. As such, Chester Township does not maintain any records that

lot size.
