There is no such thing as an OPRA report. OPRA is the request of any existing government record (from Building permits, project contracts, agreements, tax records, police records, financial records, salaries, etc) and you have to be specific as to what you are requesting.
Your request was for building permits and substantially damaged record for 17 Seville Drive. So that is what I sent and what is attached now which I am copying your attorney on.
