This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
TTI is conducting a Phase I Environmental Site assessment of 435 Filmore Street, Riverside, Burlington County, NJ, 08075, also denoted by Block 3102, Lot 5.
TTI is requesting the following documents:
Construction/building Dept: permits for the installation/removal of underground storage tanks (USTs), septic systems, potable wells, building/construction permits, renovations, lead based paint abatement, asbestos removal, etc.
Health Department: documents pertaining to release of hazardous materials/petroleum products, well abandonment, septic removal
Fire Dept: communications center response for the release of hazardous materials
Current tax map including the property.
***Requesting documents to 1940 or what is considered reasonably ascertainable to review
Please review and electronically send to my email any and all requested and related documents and information for the property listed above at your earliest convenience. Thank you.

With regard to the OPRA Request that you filed, please be advised of the following:
1) The Tax Map is attached.
2) The Township does not have a Health Department, the Township utilizes the Burlington County Board of Health.
3) The Township does not have a Fire Department. Please contact the Riverside Fire Company as this is a separate entity than the Township.
4) The Construction/building Department request has been forwarded to that department for processing. Upon receipt of any/all documents, I will forward them to you.
