Dear Cranford Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Records from 2021
1) All abandoned/vacant residential properties
2) All residential properties with delinquent taxes
3) All residential properties for which a Lis Pendens notice has been filed or that are currently in probate
4) All properties that are absentee-owned
5) All properties with delinquent water and sewer which date back up to 1 year, including amounts owed
6) All properties currently listed with water shut-off notice
7) All properties with code violations, including the type of violation
8) All properties with notices of abatement
If Not Available Please Send Whatever is available on the list.
Preferably In excel format if not PDF is Fine.

• The Township does not have records information responsive to your request.
2) All residential properties with delinquent taxes
• The Tax Collector's Department has provided the attached records information responsive to your request.
3) All residential properties for which a Lis Pendens notice has been filed or that are currently in probate
• The Township does not have records information responsive to your request.
4) All properties that are absentee-owned
• The Township does not have records information responsive to your request.
5) All properties with delinquent water and sewer which date back up to 1 year, including amounts owed
• The Tax Collector's Department does not have records information responsive to your "delinquent water" request";
• The Tax Collector's Department has provided the attached records information responsive to your "delinquent sewer" request.
6) All properties currently listed with water shut-off notice
• The Township does not have records information responsive to your request.
7) All properties with code violations, including the type of violation
• The Property Maintenance Department has provided the attached records information responsive to your request;
• The Health Department has provided the attached records information responsive to your request;
• The Building Department has provided the attached records information responsive to your request;
• The Zoning Department has provided the attached records information responsive to your request.
8) All properties with notices of abatement If Not Available Please Send Whatever is available on the list.
• The Township does not have records information responsive to your request.
