Opra response from the tax collector's office:
 
1. The tax collector's office does not keep an official list of vacant or
abandoned properties.
2. The tax collector's office does not keep an official list of condemned
properties.
3. The tax collector's office does not keep an official list of properties
with notice of abatements.
4. The tax collector's office does not keep an official list of fire
damaged properties.
5. Attached is the list of residential properties with tax delinquencies
specifically for the last two quarters.
6. Attached is the list of residential properties with Township sewer
delinquencies specifically for the last two quarters. Please be advised
that the water delinquencies can be obtained through the Boro of Berlin,
as they service all water for the Township of Berlin.
7. Attached is the list of residential properties with an open municipal
lien.
8. The tax collector's office does not keep an official list of properties
with code enforcement complaints.
9. The tax collector's office does not keep an official list of properties
that had a landlord file for eviction.
10. The tax collector's office does not keep an official list of
properties which had a Lis Pendens Notice filed.

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law
right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please

marked as vacant and/or abandoned 2. Addresses of all residential
properties (Property Class 2) that are marked as condemned 3. Addresses of

abatement issued, specifically from 1/1/2022 to the present day 4.
Addresses of all residential properties (Property Class 2) that are fire

residential properties with delinquent property taxes, specifically for
the past 2 quarters 6. Addresses of all residential properties with
delinquent water and sewer bills, specifically for the past 2 quarters 7.
Addresses of all residential properties with an active municipal owned
lien 8. Addresses of all residential properties that have had a code
enforcement compliant opened for high grass and/or junk/debris,
specifically from 1/1/2022 to the present day 9. Addresses of all
residential properties that have had a landlord file for eviction,
specifically from 1/1/2022 to the present day 10. Addresses of all
residential properties for which a Lis Pendens Notice has been filed,
specifically from 1/1/2022 to the present day
 
You may redact all confidential and personal information under N.J.S.A.
47:1A-1, but I am requesting the addressees of such properties. I am
requesting the above public records in electronic form, preferably in
Excel format.
