Dear Ocean County Clerk's Office,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1. Deed Book 1054/starts at pg. 111.
2. Deed from Harden Homes Inc. to James F./Virginia A. Riley, dated and/or recorded 5/23/61.
3. Deed(s) for grantee Ludwigs/Zelma Kiploks, for the years prior to 1974. If there are more than three deeds prior to 1974, then please just send the most recent three.

Dear Ms. Saviet,
Unfortunately, when they sold the property in the 1980's, it does not list the date they bought it. The Brick property cards usually list any changes in deeds from around 1960-onward, so it would seem they bought it prior to 1960. If they were the original owners, they could have bought it as early as 1927. So, it would be between 1927-1960. For the meantime, could you please check if they bought any property between 1950-1960 and send those deed(s).
