All properties that currently have delinquent property taxes which date back up to 2 years that have balances greater than $1000. - N/A, a tax sale is held each December.

All properties that are absentee-owned - Please clarify absentee-owned (Rentals?)

All properties that are deemed vacant/abandoned- Please see attached

All properties in probate - Please contact the County Clerk's office, we do not hold these records

All properties with delinquent sewer bills which date back up to 1 year, this list should also include balances greater than $500. - Please contact the MUA, we do not hold these records

All properties with code violations, this list should also include amounts of balances owed, the type of violation related to each particular property-Please see attached.

All properties with water shut off notice within the last 3 months. - Please contact NJ American Water, we do not hold these records
