Police dispatch log/permits
Dear Hampton Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1. Police dispatch logs of all incidents of police dispatched to 91 Plotts Road from 2005-present.
2. Property Records on file from 2005-Present (property record cards; open/closed building/construction permits; certificates of occupancy; code violations; site plans; surveys) for the following property:
91 Plotts Road (Block 32.02, Lot 1.12)

I'm sorry I did not see your OPRA request through opramachine, it may have detected it as spam. I found it by searching your subject line though! We do not have court here so I do not have any police dispatch records here. I will get the property record card and permits from the building department today and email them back by this afternoon. Hello Resident,
As per your OPRA request, please find the property record card for 91 Plotts Road (Block 3202 Lot 1.12), two closed building permits (one for the septic pump/controller and one for an electrical temporary service), the certificate of occupancy, and a survey that I found for the well/septic system. There are no known code violations and no detailed surveys. Just as a reminder from my previous email, we do not have police records at the municipal office as we do not have court here or our own police department. If you have any further questions, please let me know. Thanks!

The NJ state police respond to the calls in our township (Augusta barracks) 973-383-1514 and our court is the Andover Joint Municipal Court www.andovertwp.org .
