Thank you for the quick response, but I believe this is the wrong ordinance/resolution. I am looking for Ordinance #15-2018 which was read and voted on at the 2nd time at the October 17, 2018 Council Meeting. The one you sent looks to be in reference to a meeting from January 2018.
