Ok, this will take some time to compile as our various department heads are deputized to receive them on their own as well. Obviously, we will have them to you by the 7 business day deadline, but just wanted to let you know this request will be fulfilled closer to December 4th.

approval of an additional day to provide you with the copies for the
following reasons:
1) Due to illness, our office has been short staffed; and
2) We just finally received all copies that other offices receive
directly.
Please advise of your decision as soon as possible.
