We hope all is well
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1) We would like a list of all properties with tax liens on them.
2) we would like a list of all delinquent properties
3) we would like a list of all tax lien investors that have invested in the past dating back to the year 2000
4) we would like a list of all municipal held liens in a seperate list
5) and also we would like to know if the city assigns there municipal held liens.

1) List of open Outside tax liens as of 4/6/22
2) Delinquent reports as of 4/6/22
3) Lienholder listing as of 4/6/22
4) List of open Borough held liens as of 4/6/22.
5) A request must be submitted to the Mayor and Council to assign a lien.

Hello Again - I should have commented that record #3 (Lienholder listing) contains redactions which are social security and federal tax ID #'s. I appreciate your allowing me to provide that update. Thank you, Beth
