Dear Mr. Toby,

This office is in receipt of your ORA request as follows:

"1) We would like a list of all properties with tax liens on them.

2) we would like a list of all delinquent properties

3) we would like a list of all tax lien investors that have invested in
the past dating back to the year 2000

4) we would like a list of all municipal held liens in a separate list

5) we would also like to know if the city assigns there municipal held
liens."

Private Tax ID numbers have been redacted.  A public agency has a
responsibility to safeguard from public access a citizen’s personal
information with which it has been entrusted when disclosure thereof would
violate the citizen’s reasonable expectation of privacy.  N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1
et seq.
