This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1) We would like a list of all properties with tax liens on them.
2) we would like a list of all delinquent properties
3) we would like a list of all tax lien investors that have invested in the past dating back to the year 2000
4) we would like a list of all municipal held liens in a seperate list
5) and also we would like to know if the city assigns there municipal held liens.

Walpack is a very small municipality, and therefore, our response is much
smaller than those of larger municipalities.
