1. all rental and resale certificate of occupancy of any kind for 11 Nautilus ave for the last 3 years. 2. all fire and smoke certificate for 11 Nautilus ave for the last 3 years. 3. all landlord registration forms for 11 Nautilus ave for the last 3 years.
