Ms. Vassallo,

Attached please find the records related to your OPRA Request dated January 19, 2022. Attached are grant applications for the CARES Act Grant (ESSER), the ESSER II Grant and the ARP ESSER (ESSER III) Grant. Within those applications are the statutory references related to the compliance requirements that the school district is required to follow as well as the grant budgets and terms. The statutes themselves are maintained either by the State of NJ or the United States Government and are not records of the Southern Regional School District therefore they are not attached as school district documents.

Also attached please find the payment summaries as of today for costs that have been fully paid by the school district and submitted for reimbursement or reimbursed already by the NJ Department of Education.

All records of ESSR and ESSR II and III (if applicable) Funds received for the years 2020, 2021 and any planned 2022 monies applied for.

The stipulations included in order to keep funding from ESSR - what rules did you agree to in order to keep the monies.

The disbursement of all ESSR Funds and if there is still a balance left over, where they are budgeted to for future.
