In furtherance of our July 9, 2024 correspondence where it was
communicated that the Environmental Assessment is currently in draft form
and is exempt from public disclosure as that document is advisory,
consultative, and deliberative. N.J.SA. 47:1A-1.1.
With regard to your request for correspondence, an extension of time until
July 20th is requested to search and review all such correspondence.
