Dear Washington Township (Bergen),

Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Records requested:

Construction documents (drawings, specification manuals, as-built drawings and manuals) that were used for the construction.  Meeting minutes for all contractor and owner meetings throughout the duration of the project.  All project schedules and updates throughout the duration of the project.  Any safety manager updates throughout the duration of the project.  List of all punchlist items and when they were completed.  Final Inspection report.

My preferred delivery method for response(s) to this request is by E-mail as attachments. Please confirm you have received this request. If you are not the custodian of records, please forward my request to that person and provide their email address to me for future reference.

Dear Cornelia Lisa,

Thank you for sending the OPRA response for the construction documents.

After opening the links and downloading the documents to my computer, I noticed a mis-match between the links, file-names, and the contents of each file.

For example, the files named Meeting Minutes #10 and #11 give the file for minutes #10, #19 and #20 only show the minutes for #19.

Also, OPRA machine, which I realize removes the links from the body of the email then shows them separately, shows 100+ links from your email, but when I opened them to download, my computer only counted approximately 50 files (again, some of which are repeats of each other).

I thank you again for supplying the records, but at the moment, I am unable to access all of the records that I am legally entitled to view.

I realize some of the documents are 100+ pages per file; however, some, like the minutes, are just a few pages each.

Can you maybe take every document less than 10 pages then combine them into a PDF and send them as email attachments? I have seen your previous responses to OPRA machine that has PDFs several hundred pages each.
