CARES Act reimbursement requests for local government, this include all the qualifying expenditures incurred as part of the COVID -19 Pandemic as listed in the 5 categories .
Berkeley Employee payroll reimbursement requests via the Cares Act
Berkeley Employees payroll requested reimbursements via the CARES Act deemed substantially dedicated to mitigating the pandemic.

This request also includes :
Certified governing body resolution
Certification of anticipation of need from CFO
Completed Application Form

In addition I request Budgeted Payroll for the year 2019/2020/2021
For the entire township .
If this duplicates documents then one is suffice. In addition don’t hold back a document if approved while waiting for the complete list to be approved . PDF format via email is the preferred method of document delivery .
