We are in receipt of your OPRA request dated January 13,
2020, received on January 16, 2020 and your email of
January 19, 2020 whereby you requested the following
information for the past five years (copy attached):

1.       Cost of Administration

2.       Cost of personnel other than administration

3.       Number of students enrolled

4.       Taxes received

Please be advised that the Open Public Records Act
(O.P.R.A) is a mechanism by which records can be
requested and distributed if available.  Your request did
not request specific records, but rather information.  
To that extent, I have enclosed the following records
which contain all the answers to your questions.

For the requested information for items #1, #2 & #4, I
have enclosed Schedule C-1, which was extracted from the
Comprehsive Annual Finacial Report (CAFR) for the last
five years.  For information pertaining to item #3, I
have attached Page 1 of the User Friendly Budget for
2019/20, for all other years I have attached a document
from the State of NJ. 

Please take note, all the requested information is
readily available for public viewing and contained on our
district website at

I would also sugest that you go to the Taxpayers Guide
for Education Spending page on the Department of

In response to your email dated January 28, 2020, please see my responses below in red:

I requested amounts for the last five years. You sent me four.

I previously forwarded to you Schedule C-1 from the CAFR for the following years (attached again in this email):

1.      School Year 2014/15 (2015)

2.      School Year 2015/16 (2016)

3.      School Year 2016/17 (2017)

4.      School Year 2017/18 (2018)

5.      School Year 2018/19 (2019) 

I asked for actual enrollment numbers. I did not ask for "projected" or "advertised". This is the number you report to
the State of New Jersey.

The document I previously sent to you, and have again attached in this email, from the State of NJ – Department of
Finance entitled Projected 2019-2020 State School Aid Projected Enrollment Report, while it projects the enrollment for
2019 for calculating our state aid, to clarify, the document uses the actual enrollment numbers for the years 2013,
2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 (please see upper left hand corner).   The enrollment numbers for 2019 have yet to be
audited.  The previously sent document taken from the User Friendly Budget for 2019/20 enrollment is an estimate.  The
2019 actual enrollment figure at this point in time does not exist.

I asked for the actual cost of administration, not the budgeted amount.

If you actually take a look at the Schedule C-1 from the CAFR for the years indicated above, you will see a column that
lists the ACTUAL numbers which you requested.

Please update my request to reflect the actual numbers for the last five years. Thank you.

I am resending all documents previously forwarded in my email dated January 27, 2020.  All the information you are
seeking are contained in these documents. 

I trust you will find all in order.  Thank you.
