I have a client who has interest in this property (vacant land) and we are trying to obtain any information regarding the site prior to purchasing and making applications for development of the site.
Records requested:
1. Any permits or applications made to Planning or Zoning Department
2. Any permits or documents for the billboard that is on the property
3. Any conceptual or engineering documents submitted to the township as part of applications
4. Any deed restrictions, easements or surveys relating to this property.

There are no zoning permits on record for the above location. I have
attached a copy of the denial to replace the sign that was issued in 2013
and the e-mail confirming that the variance will not be applied for.
