request. Also note that, per the Tax Collector, there are no open liens on
this property and third quarter taxes are still outstanding. If there is
any additional information you require, please be specific, as this
request was too broad.

2. Are sewer and water bills paid to date.
3. The violation on the tree on property from May 2020, has that been taken care of by owner?

3rd quarter taxes were due August 1st; they have not been paid yet. Sewer and Water inquiries can be directed to the Lower Township MUA, they are a separate entity, 609-886-4176. Please reach out to Code Enforcement for any updates on this violation.
